White-label SEO services for agencies

Specialist SEO delivery under your brand, for the projects where your team needs additional depth or capacity.

I support agencies with audits, technical SEO, migrations, strategy, content planning and link earning. The work is confidential, shaped around how you work, and delivered in a way that makes it straightforward for your team to use with clients.

Strategy documents, a printed diagram and handwritten notes on a desk.

Flexible specialist support when it matters

White-label support can be useful at different points in an agency-client relationship.

Perhaps a client is planning a website migration and needs experienced SEO input alongside their development team. Perhaps a technical issue needs careful investigation, a pitch requires a credible search strategy, or an existing client’s needs have become more complex.

It can also be a practical way to add experienced search support without changing your permanent team structure. You bring me in for a defined project, a period of delivery support or retained capacity across selected client accounts.

My role is to provide the specialist work; your agency retains ownership of the client relationship, account management and wider strategy.

What I can deliver white label

SEO audits

Detailed technical, content and search-performance audits that identify the issues affecting visibility and provide a prioritised route forward. Deliverables can be supplied in your template, or in a clean, unbranded format for your team to adapt.

Technical SEO

Support with crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, page experience and the technical foundations that allow a website to perform properly in search.

This can be a one-off project, troubleshooting support or part of an ongoing client programme.

Website migrations

SEO input before, during and after a website migration, including discovery, redirect mapping, pre-launch checks and post-launch monitoring.

Migration work is often time-sensitive and involves several people. I help make the SEO requirements clear, practical and manageable for the developers, designers and project leads involved.

Search strategy and roadmaps

Search strategies for pitches, new client work or established accounts that need a clearer direction. This can include opportunity analysis, keyword and audience research, content priorities, technical requirements and a realistic phased plan.

Content and keyword research

Research and content planning that helps clients create pages people are actually looking for. This might include keyword research, site structure recommendations, content briefs, editing support or an editorial plan your internal or client-side writers can take forward.

Link earning and digital PR

Digital PR and link earning support where it strengthens an SEO strategy. This can include identifying relevant stories, shaping campaign ideas, creating supporting content and advising on the links that are likely to make a meaningful difference.

How white-label work runs

The starting point is a straightforward conversation about the client, the work required and the part you would like me to play.

Before beginning, we agree the scope, deliverables, deadlines and communication route. I will be clear about what is realistic within the time available, so you can plan confidently with your client.

Work can be delivered in your agency’s templates and brand style where that is helpful. If you do not have a set format, I can provide clear, unbranded documents that are easy for your team to present and use.

Communication runs through your team by default. If speaking directly with a developer or attending a client call would make the work easier or more effective, I can do that under your direction and in the format that works for your agency.

Confidentiality and client relationships

Your client relationships remain yours.

I treat all client information, access and work as confidential. I will not approach your clients directly, market my services to them or use their work publicly without your explicit permission.

The working arrangement, including confidentiality, client contact and how my involvement is presented, is agreed in writing before work begins. The aim is for you to feel confident bringing me into the right projects when you need additional SEO expertise.

The best fit for this support

White-label SEO support works best when you need experienced input for a defined challenge, specialist project or carefully planned ongoing programme.

I have a finite capacity, so I will be open about availability and whether I am the right person for the work. If you need a large, always-on delivery team covering high volumes of routine activity, I may not be the best fit. Where I am most useful is in considered, commercially important SEO work where clear thinking and reliable delivery matter.

Planning the work

Projects can be scoped individually, booked as a block of delivery time or arranged as retained support across a number of client accounts.

The right approach depends on the type of work, the timeline and how regularly you expect to need support. Once I understand the brief, I will recommend a clear way of working before you need to commit.

Common questions

Will you contact our clients directly?
Only if you ask me to. Communication runs through your agency unless direct contact with a developer or client is agreed as part of the project.
Can you join a client call?
Yes. I can join as part of your team, provide technical input in a planned session, or remain entirely behind the scenes.
Can you work in our templates and processes?
Yes. I can work within your reporting formats, presentation templates and project-management process where that helps make delivery smoother.
What notice do you need?
It depends on the work and current availability. For planned projects, earlier conversations give us the best chance of securing the right time. If something is urgent, get in touch and I will tell you quickly whether I can help.
